03 — How purchases work

Checkout is processed by Stripe. We never store your card details.
Login details or download link are sent to your email right after payment is confirmed.
Our team answers questions by email within 1–2 business days.
04 — Customer policies
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, for any reason, in line with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code. Just email us with your order email address.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. The time for the amount to appear depends on your card issuer (usually 5–10 business days). After a refund, access to the product is revoked.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. You can cancel at any time by emailing us or via the link in your receipt; you keep access until the end of the period already paid, and no further charges will be made.
All products are delivered digitally. Access is usually sent within minutes of payment confirmation, and always within 24 hours. If you do not receive it, check your spam folder or contact us.
We collect only the data needed to process your order and provide support (name, email and purchase details), in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD). Payment data is handled exclusively by Stripe. We do not sell your personal data.
Products are licensed for personal use by the buyer and may not be resold, shared or redistributed. Our content is educational and does not replace medical, psychological or professional advice; we do not guarantee specific results. Disputes are governed by Brazilian law.
